Terms of Service
Last updated 30 October 2026
Draft. This page is a plain-language draft and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It will be updated before Hushloft accepts real payments.
These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Hushloft (name not set yet), who runs Hushloft. By using Hushloftyou agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Who can use Hushloft
You must be 13 or older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission, and only an adult can buy a subscription.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Choose a username that isn’t offensive and doesn’t pretend to be someone else.
- You can delete your account at any time (see Deleting your account).
Behaviour in rooms
Be kind. Don’t harass anyone, spam reactions, or use room names or usernames to share offensive content. We may remove rooms or accounts that break the community rules.
Free and paid features
The core study features are free. Hushloft Plus is an optional subscription. Prices, renewal and cancellation are explained in the Subscription & Cancellation Policy and refunds in the Refund Policy.
Content and licences
Photos, videos and sounds are used under their licences (see Credits). Your notes, tasks and study history belong to you; you let us store and show them to you so the service works.
Availability
We try to keep Hushloft running, but it is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
Changes
If we change these terms in an important way, we’ll tell signed-in users before the change applies.
