Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Plus renews automatically at the same price at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings → Billing; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. See the subscription policy and refund policy.

Questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The timer, sounds, backgrounds, planner, notes, public rooms, basic statistics and one private room of your own are free with no time limit and no card needed.
How does billing work?
Plus is a subscription in Canadian dollars: CA$4.99 every month, or CA$39.99 every year. It renews automatically at the same price until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings → Billing → Manage billing and choose Cancel. You keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
What happens to my rooms if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. You keep every private room you own and your study history. You just can't create another private room until you're under the free limit, and advanced statistics are paused.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe retries the card and emails you. You keep Plus for 3 days after a failed payment while you update your card in Settings → Billing.
Can I get a refund?
See the Refund Policy page. In short: you can cancel any time to stop future charges, and we look at refund requests case by case.
Where are my invoices?
Settings → Billing → Manage billing opens Stripe's billing page, where you can see and download every invoice and receipt.
