Plans and prices

• Hushloft Plus monthly: CAD 4.99 every month.
• Hushloft Plus yearly: CAD 39.99 every year.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. [Needs review: GST/HST/PST.]

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the same price, until you cancel. We’ll tell you in advance before any price change applies to you.

How to cancel

Go to Settings → Billing → Manage billing, and choose Cancel. It takes a few seconds. You keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it and emails you. You keep Plus for 3 days after the failed payment while you update your card. After that, Plus pauses until a payment succeeds, and the subscription may be cancelled if retries keep failing.

When Plus ends

Nothing you made is deleted. You keep your private rooms, notes, tasks and history. You just can’t create more private rooms than the free plan allows, and advanced statistics pause.

Your invoices and receipts are in Settings → Billing → Manage billing.
